People have been asking if there are any scheduled protests at the Golden Globes or anywhere else today. The answer is no. There is nothing planned for today. But you can certainly continue to protest Avatar if you wish.
We are taking a 'wait and see' approach with the Golden Globes. If Avatar does win any awards tonight it will only increase our determination and the need to educate people about Evolution, diversity and tolerance.
In any event, there WILL BE a day of protest on March 7 which is the day of Oscars. We're hoping to have at least 100,000 people actively take part. Details will be coming soon.

ReplyDeleteHell, even just a few pictures of some people with their faces blurred out holding a sign in front of a movie theater would have been something. As it stands, I'm not even convinced there *was* a protest. Otherwise, you'd be only too ecstatic to show us the results.
